Upon completion, participants will be able to:

  1. Discuss the history of discrimination faced by the LGBT community
  2. Explain why there are economic insecurities and health disparities in the LGBT population
  3. Understand the fears that LGBT older adults face
  4. Advocate for changes to support LGBT residents who reside within their community
  5. Understand their role in supporting LGBT residents within their community

1.0 CE credit will be awarded to RNs, SWs, CALAs, & LNHAs upon completion

Registration and breakfast begin at 8:30am / Program begins promptly at 9:00am
